Check-in Time: From 14:00 until 23:00

Check-out Time: From 07:00 until 11:00

Minimum Age: 18 years old for the main checking-in guest

Requirements: All guests (including children) must be present at check-in and show a government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID card) and a credit/debit card or cash deposit.

Transfer Services: Airport and train station transfers are available for a surcharge. To arrange, please contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Front Desk Staffing: Our front desk is staffed 24/7. Staff will greet you upon arrival.

Tourist City Tax

A local city tax is imposed by the municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro and collected at check-out. Children under 12 years of age are exempt.

High Season (May 1 – September 30): EUR 2.00 per person, per night (up to 10 consecutive nights)

Low Season (October 1 – April 30): EUR 0.00 per person, per night

Breakfast Buffet

A premium buffet breakfast is served daily. Additional breakfast fees are not automatically included in the room total and must be paid at the property.

Adult Rate: EUR 25.00 per person per day

Child Rate (17 and under): EUR 15.00 per person per day

Pet & Dog Policy

We welcome dogs in specific designated rooms. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability.

Allowed Pets: Dogs only (maximum 1 dog per room)

Nightly Fee: EUR 30.00 per pet, per night (service animals are welcome and exempt from fees)

Requirements: Pet-friendly rooms must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Internet & Parking

Wi-Fi: Free high-speed internet available in all guest rooms and public areas.

On-site Parking: Free private parking is available on site. No reservation is required. Valet and uncovered self-parking are included.

EV Charging: An electric car charging station is available on site.

Children & Extra Beds

Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome.

Cribs (Infant Beds): Available upon request for children aged 0–2 years at EUR 50.00 per night.

Extra Beds: Rollaway and extra beds are not available. The maximum occupancy of each room type is fixed.

Payments & Financial Regulations

Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB, CartaSi.

Cash Limit: Cash payments at the property cannot exceed EUR 5,000, in accordance with Italian national anti-money laundering regulations.

Important General Information

Smoking Policy: Greif Hotel is a strictly non-smoking property.

Seasonal Outdoor Pool: Our heated outdoor infinity pool is open seasonally from May to September (closed from October 1 to April 30).

Reservations Needed: Reservations are required in advance for golf tee times, massages, and spa treatments.

Adjoining Rooms: Connecting rooms are subject to availability and can be requested in advance.

Balconies & Terraces: Outdoor spaces such as balconies, patios, and terraces are not suitable for unsupervised children.
